He is a principled and dedicated professional who works with respect, integrity and collaboration to meet each project's unique needs.

Identity & Community Work

James is a settler and member of the Metis Nation, with English, Scottish, German, Nisqually (Coast Salish), Saulteau and Haudenosaunee ancestry. 
He is the father of three grown children and greatly enjoys being and uncle. He is "in training" to be a grandparent someday. 
His current community work includes volunteering as a youth wilderness leader and supporting rites of passage.
